GuardSync is a cloud-based incident management platform that lets staff and customers report issues (security, maintenance, cleaning, lost property, etc.) in seconds via location-specific QR code posters. Scans open a simple web form → report submits → AI routes an instant alert with embedded SOP guidance to the right team member for fast, consistent resolution.


Typically 2–4 weeks from decision to live.

• Week 1: Agreement, account setup, custom SOPs uploaded.

• Week 2: QR poster design/printing (we guide or supply), staff briefing.
